I ordered 'pixi glow tonic' from your page on 25th of april..have not received till today..What is the point of asking for feedback when the item has not been received even after 15 days...

H&B has one of the worst customer services ever. I've talked to their customer service reps multiple times for reimbursement but they result in nothing. All the reps keep telling me it'll be reimbursed tomorrow but I have received nothing so far.
It is a fake website I think it has been 12 days I have placed my order after 1 day I received an email that my order is dispatched by still after 12 days I have not received my order yet. And they ask for review. Zero Review not recommmended at all. Not satisfied.
